Does AI set the final price?
No. FieldSquire drafts direct-cost line items from your scope, photos, price history, and assumptions. You can edit or delete every line. The app then applies your private overage and profit settings. You approve the final customer price.
Can I use my own labor and material prices?
Yes. Upload or enter your own price list, and correct AI-generated unit prices as you work. Matching company prices are prioritized on future estimates.
Are profit and overage shown to the customer?
No. Those calculations stay private. The customer sees the scope, line items, subtotal, deposit, total, terms, and approval information that belongs on the quote.
Can my customer sign on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The customer can draw a signature or approve with a typed name. FieldSquire records the approval date and includes the appropriate approval information in the finished document.
Does FieldSquire work for teams?
The Crew plan supports up to five members sharing the business profile, leads, estimates, job photos, and learned pricing. Team members can use their own name as the contractor, salesperson, or foreman on the estimate.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your selected monthly plan begins automatically unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel billing from your FieldSquire account.
